Why Hire A Personal Trainer?
When you hire a personal trainer, you are not just purchasing their physical presence and guidance through your workouts, but also their education, experience, knowledge and expertise with program development and design.
Our bodies have more than 200 bones, over 600 muscles and approximately 230 moveable and semi-moveable joints.
Let's face it, our bodies are extremely complex!
Personal trainers have been educated in these complexities and therefore, are uniquely qualified to help you achieve your physical fitness goals as safely and quickly as possible. In addition, Personal Trainers are continuously re-educating themselves to make sure they keep up to date with the latest and greatest fitness programs, exercises and techniques, while distinguishing between the fitness marketing hype.
Dean W. is certified as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer accredited through the Amercian National Standards Institute (ANSI). He is currently attending Florida State College at Jacksonville to earn his degree in Aviation Operations and become an air traffic controller.
His passion for fitness began while he served in the Navy as an Operations Specialist. Being on the Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure team, it was important to stay in top shape to accomplish the goals and obstacles the team faced. After his time in the military, Dean continued his training at fitness centers and through Crossfit.
From Dean: "There are so many different perspectives when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Trying to sift through all the different theories and techniques to find what works best for you can be a difficult task. My goal is to assist in this process ad help others discover what works best for them. My training focuses on functional movements and exercises that can be applied to everyday life. One of the best feelings is to see your body transform through exercise and nutrition. I strive to make this experience possible for each one of my clients."
