  • We come to your home and custom design an exercise program specifically for you, reflecting your goals, fitness level, lifestyle, etc.
  • Fitness testing is done as necessary, to determine baseline fitness readings (body composition, recovery heart rate, etc.)
  • We teach you the program and habit building.
  • Over the next 4 to 6 weeks, you follow the initial program with the help of the trainer.
  • At the end of the program, additional fitness testing is done.
  • The results are compared to the baseline readings and the progress is measured.
  • All Personal Training includes an individualized exercise program, measured progress, and monitored exercise sessions.
