Martha T. is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer with a professional level CPR / AED certification. She currently resides in Fernandina Beach, FL and trains in the surrounding area. A former ballerina and instructor, she has successfully trained children and adults since 1999. Martha has conditioned a variety of clients from high school and club volleyball players to Olympic World Medallists and former professional athletes. Her experience also includes privately training pageant winners from multiple states including a top-15 finisher at Miss USA. As Mrs. Michigan America 2003, a mother of three, and professional model, she understands how difficult it can be to balance everyday life and still find time to eat healthy and fit in a workout. That is why she has developed a total fitness routine and nutrition plan that can be done anywhere and makes it easy and fun to get in shape. Martha will work with you to develop a workout that is right for you and your lifestyle. Specializing in families, she can also tailor a healthy plan that is just right and your family, which will make it easier to achieve and maintain your fitness goals as a team.
