Erin Cranford W. is an ACE-certified personal trainer originally from Memphis, TN. Her lifelong passion for health, fitness, and nutrition led her to pursue personal training professionally.
Having been active in personal fitness her entire life, from youth soccer to competitive tennis to triathlons, she found her calling in helping others to realize that we're only given one body and that it's up to us to treat it with care. She truly believes in a whole wellness approach to life, making sure her clients know that living to be healthy is not just the time you spend in the gym, but a combination of fitness, nutrition, and general overall emotional and physical harmony.
Her training style incorporates aspects of all of these elements. She has experience with a vast array of personality and body types, from athletes to senior citizens to the morbidly obese to those with nagging injuries.
