Dimitris holds a bachelors degree in sports and physical education from the University of Athens, Greece, along with a personal training and group fitness certification from AF Studies, the leading fitness certification agency in his home country.
New to America, Dimitris has worked as a personal trainer in Athens since 2002 in a various environments including a ladies only gym, a Greek country club, and in clients homes. Experienced in training all types of fitness levels and ages, he also holds a specialization in training those with physical or mental disabilities.
In addition to his experience in physical conditioning, Dimitris owned and operated a fitness equipment an supplement store in Greece, making him an expert on not just exercise physiology, but the latest research and the best time-tested fitness gear and nutritional supplements.
Recently arriving in Jacksonville directly from Athens, Greece, Dimitris looks forward to learning more about American culture while sharing his unique international perspective with his clients.

I believe that traditional methods of training, a healthy diet, and a positive attitude are all that is needed to live a long and happy life.
