Carlos P.

Carlos P. began training as a child and has been training as an avid football player for over 25 years. He played for Pop Warner as a child, and throughout high school and college. Carlos was nominated as a Times Union Super 11 player while attending Robert E. Lee High School and was also a lead runningback for Duval County and the entire state of Florida A success at football, Carlos was recruited by over 70 colleges and was awarded a college scholarship. As a certified personal trainer, Carlos's specialty is body enhancement, which includes strength training, weight loss and body toning with nutrition counseling. He likes to challenge and encourage his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise and sound nutritional planning. From Carlos: "I always seek knowledge and new information, every day. I welcome both positive and negative feedback, knowing that even bad circumstances can help me grow. Since I am constantly striving to improve, I pass this desire on to my clients to keep them stimulated and encouraged, supporting their success in reaching their health goals. Aside from helping others at work, I strive to be a positive role model. I am now the strength coach for a local high school team and a valuable mentor."
