Amanda A.

Amanda is eager to help you become your personal best thru personal training, education, and accountability! She has 10 years of experience in the health and wellness field and is looking forward to the next ten years of spreading the knowledge of good health.
Amanda is currently certified thru American College of Sports Medicine, the gold standard in personal training certifying associations and American Council on Exercise. She started her education at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL with a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training and continued her education in Wisconsin. At the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, Amanda completed her Master's of Science degree in Human Performance. Through her education, Amanda took the opportunity to further her training on an internship down in Hilton Head, SC.
Amanda has been personal training for 10 years and has had the opportunity to train a variety of clients from young to old, the novice to the elite as well as those with multiple issues and conditions. She specializes in small group training, boot camp style/outdoor fitness, weight loss and management, sport specific training, proprioception and balance training and exercise maintenance.
Your workouts will never be the same with Amanda, she believes in keeping the body guessing and never letting exercise become boring and stale. If we have to exercise the rest of our lives in order to stay healthy and happy, we might as well have fun doing it! Her personal motto is "If you don't squeeze, nobody else will!"
