In-Home Personal
Weight Training

We come to your home and custom design an exercise program specifically for you,
reflecting your goals, fitness level, lifestyle, etc.

Fitness testing is done as necessary, to determine baseline fitness readings
(body composition, recovery heart rate, etc.)

We teach you the program and habit building.

Over the next 4 to 6 weeks, you follow the initial program with the help of the trainer.

At the end of the program, additional fitness testing is done.

The results are compared to the baseline readings and the progress is measured.
All Personal Training includes an individualized exercise program, measured
progress, and monitored exercise sessions.
