What is a Personal Chef?
A personal Chef works for several clients,
usually for one to four hours per day, and prepares multiple meals for two or
more days a week.
Meals are designed to suit the customer's tastes and dietary needs and stored
for for them to enjoy at their leisure.

Yes, meals are prepared in your own kitchen. On scheduled dates, I shop
for groceries, bring fresh ingredients to your home, and create your meals.
I can bring along my own pots, pans, and utensils or I can use and clean
yours. Anticipate that your kitchen will be sparkling
clean when I am finished, while the aroma of tasty food permeates the air.
How long will you be
Depending on your needs, I could be creating several different entrees and side
dishes and might take several hours to most of the day - depending on the

How much Refrigerator
Space is needed?
You need enough space to store the meals ordered. It does take up space
and I try to use efficient containers. We can assess your
refrigerator/freezer space during your initial consultation.
Meals will be packaged with your personal preference in mind. We offer
either oven or microwave heating and packaging for individuals, couples, or
families. You can provide the containers or I can provide the containers
for a small fee. I prefer to use reusable plastic or glass tupperware,
etc. and can provide plastic or aluminum disposable containers. Also, each meal will be
labeled, dated, and come with cooking instructions.
When do I pay for the
For Personal Chef services, a $95 deposit is required upon booking. You
may choose between two payment options. The first is to pay up front for a
determined number of culinary service hours and then to pay additional for
groceries upon receipt. The other is to pay for the groceries upon
receipt, at the start of the service, and then to pay for the number of service
hours worked at the end of the service.
catering services, a $150.00
non-refundable deposit is required to book the date. Payment of half the
total invoice is required after menu confirmation. The remaining balance
can be paid upon arrival
