Wraps are a great way
to eat healthy for less. By preparing and taking your meals with you, you
have a better chance of avoiding poor eating choices.
1 oz cheddar cheese,
sliced or shredded
3 oz garlic bulgur
1 Leaf romaine or
green leaf lettuce
6oz sliced cucumber
(when using cucumber, you need to cut out seeds and wash and paper towel dry
before using in wrap, to decrease moisture)
Put cheese and garlic
bulgur wheat on wrap, warm in toaster or conventional oven for 2 minutes, add
lettuce and cucumber and wrap.
