Wraps are a great way
to eat healthy for less. By preparing and taking your meals with you, you
have a better chance of avoiding poor eating choices.
MEXICAN BURRITO
1 tortilla
1oz cheddar cheese,
sliced or shredded
3 oz rice
3 oz refried or black
beans
1 Leaf romaine or
green leaf lettuce
Taco or hot sauce to
taste
Put cheese, meat and
rice on wrap, warm in toaster or conventional oven for 2 minutes, add lettuce
and condiments and wrap.
