Wraps are a great way
to eat healthy for less. By preparing and taking your meals with you, you
have a better chance of avoiding poor eating choices.
GRILLED CHICKEN WRAP
1 tortilla
1 oz cheddar cheese,
sliced or shredded
3 oz garlic bulgur
wheat
1 Leaf romaine or
green leaf lettuce
3oz Leftover cooked
chicken breast
Put cheese, meat and
garlic bulgur wheat on wrap, warm in toaster or conventional oven for 2 minutes,
add lettuce and wrap.
