Garlic bulgur wheat is
a terrific starch and can be used as a side, in wraps or as a rice substitute.
GARLIC BULGUR
WHEAT
2 cups
prepared bulgur wheat
4 TB
chopped garlic
˝ stick
butter
Salt as
needed
Set up: Prepare bulgur
wheat as directed, set out
ingredients and utensils.
On medium/high heat,
melt butter in large frying pan, add garlic and sauté about 3 minutes. Fold in
prepared bulgur wheat, turn of heat, continue to blend for 1 minute, sprinkle in
2 tsp salt, taste. Add more salt gradually to taste.
