Salad dressings are simple to make and also easy to
modify. Create your own salad dressing by adding new ingredients or
substituting types of vinegars, etc.
1 12 oz can pineapple juice
4 TB sesame seed oil
2 TB apple cider vinegar
2 TB fresh parsley (or 1 tablespoon dried)
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Pour oil into bowl, jar or tupperware container. Add honey.
Pour vinegar into the cup used for honey and stir the acidic vinegar around,
cleaning the cup of the sticky honey. Pour into bowl, jar or tupperware
container.
Add remaining ingredients and shake or mix. Store remainder of dressing in
a jar or tupperware and shake before use. Should store for up to one week |
